Download the application needed to enter the AvWebCom Conference Room.

You will find the Audio-visual Web Communicator software very easy and intuitive to use, even if you have never used this kind of product before. You need to download a small application program that will run on your computer to access the AvWebCommunicator. This download is assured to be safe and will in no way harm your computer.

(Note: Requires Windows 98 SE or newer PC. If you have a FIREWALL, give permission to download this software. You may have to open ports 32768 and 32769 before downloading. In the download dialogue box, click <SAVE> and choose a folder on your hard drive to save the file. After the download, locate the Conference Icon on your DeskTop:

Double click this icon to open the login box. When you get to the login box, enter your name then click <OK>. The next time you want to use the AvWebCommunicator, just find the Conference Icon above on your desktop and double click it. )
